Kesha’s lawyer has said the full 2011 deposition will support her claims. All that’s ever been unsealed is Kesha’s testimony. A lot of other people who were deposed apparently verified a lot of the claims being made in Kesha’s current lawsuit.

People on Kesha’s side are saying Sony can cancel the contract. Whatever kind of deal they have with Luke must give them that power.

No one had been delaying Kesha’s work. She was the only profitable artist on Luke’s label. He needed her releasing to support his other acts. Because she walked away his label will likely be shut down in a few months.

Kesha told a lawyer in late 2005 that Luke had raped her and that she had suffered other kinds of abuse. I think people would be more likely to believe her if they knew more of the history of this case.

Kesha has never commented on this case on Twitter other than to thank people for supporting her and saying the truth will come out. Other people supported her on Twitter. Her actual allegations so far have only been made through legal filings.
