Her lawyer said there’s no rape kit but she did go to a doctor soon after the rape. He wouldn’t say how soon. There may or may not be physical evidence but there are going to be some medical documents.

The artists that he has under contract are all losing money. Kesha was his only profitable artist. I think production clients can avoid him for a while and there’s probably not much he can do about it.
There are other accusers who will testify during the trial. They’re all currently Jane Does.
I think Luke can absolutely bounce back. I mean in the short term. More stuff will come out in this case and it may go to trial. I think artists may fear working with him for now until this is resolved.
I assume he’s referring to the offer Sony made to let Kesha work with other producers. What they left out of that offer is that she would still be under Luke’s label.
She seems to have a very good reputation in the industry, which may explain why so many artists from big pop stars to indie artists have shown support for her. I’m sure people in the industry know who the real problem is here, when even people who’ve worked with Luke are siding with her. I think she’ll easily get…
Phil Spector was from a different time. People are more sensitive to these issues nowadays. I think anyone who goes to Luke for productions after this will experience a backlash. I also don’t think any new artists will sign to his label.
Sexual abuse is sadly common in the industry. Once you have someone under contract it’s easy to abuse them and get away with it.
Untrue. She’s free to work with other producers but under Luke’s label. Meaning she would be back under his full control.
So that’s where $60 million came from. They weren’t exactly honest when they told the judge they’d invested $60 million in Kesha when it was actually $11 million. But they may have made that investment of $60 million solely because they thought Kesha would be a massive moneymaker who would have kept the label in the…
She claimed he drugged and raped her in 2005. That picture is from 2009. The problem for Luke with that picture is that it was tweeted at 3:21 AM. The question is why was he taking pictures of kesha sleeping in bed in the middle of the night? That’s doesn’t seem like very appropriate behavior from her boss.
No one would have imagined what she was putting up with. Although this is from 2011 so clearly some people knew:
She filed in California but the judge (also a woman sadly) sided with Luke and moved the case to NY.
“I know her. She’s an amazing person. She’s not lying when she said all those things about Dr. Luke. How is that possible? Why are we not changing that system? There’s something wrong” - Michael Angelakos, Passion Pit
Are all of the women who’ve worked with Luke but openly supported Kesha Twitter witnesses?
She’s signed to Luke’s Sony imprint label. She’s always been able to work with other producers but everything has to be approved by Luke.
That tweet was from the day before on the 18th. The injunction happened the following day. She’s been silent since then. Even if she had tweeted this after the injunction, it wouldn’t instigate anything.
The initial figure Sony gave was $11 million in investments in her career and $3 million in royalty payments. Then this figure of $60 million, which sounds unlikely, came up in court. The $11 million figure is more realistic.
Kesha’s tweet thanking fans was actually from the day before the injunction. She hasn’t said anything since then. It shows how dishonest Luke’s side is when they accuse her of instigating it when she literally hasn’t said a word.
Correct but she lived in Nashville for years. So they likely have known each other from years ago. My point is Kesha isn’t some stranger to her that she’s donating to solely for publicity.
