Flake wants it both ways. I want to believe those brave women who confronted Flake moved him. But based on all of his past behavior, he just wants to appear like he cares, but ultimately he and everyone else knows he will vote yes on Kavanaugh no matter what an investigation would show. 

You want corroboration but you refuse to call the other person who was in the room to testify. There are 3 other accusers and multiple witnesses. If you’re so concerned about verifying allegations why haven’t you scheduled any of them, and set the vote for tomorrow? How can you possibly imagine we aren’t watching you?

The Republicans hired someone whose sole goal is to get her to commit perjury. Of course she’s going to bring some lawyers.

Also even if Kavanaugh was the sort of weird OCD teenager who kept calendar and even if he then preserved said calendar for nearly four decades why on Earth would it exonerate him unless the calendar literally details his summer long trip abroad?

I liked the original title, PEOPLE STARING VACANTLY AT EACHOTHER FOR AN IMPOSSIBLE AMOUNT OF TIME: THE MOVIE, a lot better.

And, as Albert later pointed out, the GOP fell in line once they figured they could get Trump to save them some money. It is only about owning the libs and giving more power and wealth to rich white dudes. That’s the policy of the party.

The Doctor was conceived as a centuries-old alien who takes on a human appearance. Since the character has been played by 12 different actors (none of whom look very similar) since the 60s, I’d say consistency has never been a primary motivating factor in casting.

Meh, I often wear the same suit to and from a meeting that requires a train/airplane trip. And let me tell you, I work up quite a sweat going through my powerpoint charts.

This happened to my wife’s co-worker. Shortly after takeoff the dude sitting next to him pops off the shoes and socks and starts clipping the toenails. Coworker rips off his headphones and says to the clipper, “Oh no you may not!”

Because if history’s taught us anything, it’s that the GOP takes sexual misconduct extremely seriously.
