Another vote here for Body Glide. I’ve been sold on it ever since it got me through a half marathon in 90-degree weather. One (fairly heavy-handed and liberal) application on my thighs meant they were the only parts of my body that didn’t hurt after that particular race.

I saw that — and another commenter (and another article elsewhere) confirmed PWC sends two separate sets of envelopes/cards, so it does seem to be a genuine, if embarrassing, fuckup.
