I was shocked by how much I enjoyed the first movie and how much I’m looking forward to the second. Here’s hoping they can recreate the silly fun.

I’m excited to hear what you guys thought because, while I didn’t hate the episode as much as everyone else seemed to, I was majorly pissed that the quarantine cliffhanger came to absolutely nothing.

Sorry, Radley is Pretty Little Liars’ version of The Sisters of Quiet Mercy. At first it was just a normal mental hospital that a character gets sent to but over the rest of the series it became the source of every ill in the world of PLL. By the end, half the characters got sent to Radley or worked at Radley or grew

Riverdale absolutely is in the Northeastern US (most likely upstate New York), not the Pacific Northwest.

Josie and the Pussycats won the Rockland County battle of the bands. Archie makes a quick trip to beat up Nick St. Clair who is said to be from New York. Hiram’s Canadian gangster associate is literally named Papa

On top of all that, isn’t their new job rife with crime? They are the hired muscle for a teenager who owns and operates a bar that now serves alcohol. And specifically, their whole teen contingent accompanied Reggie (another teen) on a trip to smuggle beer across the border.

Personally, I’m glad they’re gone. The way they served as an all-purpose hive of shady faux-therapeutic services was getting a little old for me and it definitely threatened to become Riverdale’s Radley where all narrative roads inevitably and improbably led back to them.

And I do think that they could still come back

I think so Bart but if they were called “Sad Meals” kids wouldn’t want to buy them

Of the 6 seasons of GBBO available on Netflix, I’m halfway through the only one I have yet to see and I’m already missing it’s presence in my life.

What are some other good “comfort food” shows that just make you feel warm and fuzzy inside?

Holy shit, I recently binged the entirety of Buffering the Vampire Slayer and now I’m mid binge of Bojack and somehow I didn’t recognize her voice. You have just blown my mind. I just rewatched the credits and now it seems so obvious. I guess the fact that it wasn’t a recap of a Buffy episode or a brief rhapsody to

Once again, I’m a year and a half late here, but it’s a reference to a Todd quote from the episode.

It’s 2019 and this review is still a mess. I’ve been watching through the series for the first time over the past couple weeks and reading the reviews as I go and there have been constant errors but this review in particular takes the cake.

One major section you didn’t mention:

Still up in 2019...

Yeah, I’ve been disappointed about the whole R. Kelly collaboration for a long time but I do like that she promises to remove the song from iTunes and streaming services. I doubt it’s still making her a ton of money 5 years later but it’s still a platinum selling single and completely expunging it does seem like a

I know I’m five years behind the times but BoJack Horseman is really good, y’all. I’m midway through Season 3 and it keeps getting consistently better. I watched Brrap Brrap Pew Pew last night and just...holy shit... No spoilers for a three year old episode but that was incredibly audacious in the best way possible.

I think all we were supposed to take away was that Questlove declined to participate. Why would Colburn need evidence that Questlove wasn’t telling the truth when he didn’t say or imply that Questlove was dishonest?

I don’t get why this article is being seen as contradictory to either of the other two. Colburn just said that Questlove and other collaborators/colleagues had declined to be part of the docuseries which, by all accounts, is true. It doesn’t refute or contradict the Root story or the Jezebel story at all.

It wasn’t until Season 2 that I really started to love it. At first I found Anna Torv too cold because I wasn’t familiar with her and so I thought she as an actress was sorta wooden. Once she started to put on all the different personas I found her to be really talented and realized it was more the Dunham character

Thanks for the Gaymer recommendation; seems like a great way to combine multiple resolutions. I see there is one in SF though the discord only has 53 members haha.

I am going to finally watch The West Wing and Veep in 2019.
