Definitely gotta be Garden State for me because I was a basic ass bitch in high school.

This does seem like good advice but I read it in a comment section so my compass is all over the place right now.

Re: the Red Room door, this is totally personal head canon, but I think they were sorta entranced when they enter and exit. Sorta like just before Steven realizes he’s dreaming and he says he can’t remember what happened after he entered the Red Room or how he reconciled with his wife or how they got pregnant. I think

I’m halfway through Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. I don’t have a lot to say about it yet except that Ms. Wardwell’s whole presence is so fucking funny. She’s constantly dropping these weirdly ominous tidbits into conversations and gliding into rooms like Halloween camp personified and nobody finds it strange at all,

I finally finished The Haunting of Hill House.

To the person responding that blocking a road/inconveniencing people makes you a POS:

But can William Forde Thompson see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

And that fucking bike on the front path. I can suspend my disbelief of how quickly the house was engulfed in flames but the fucking bike spontaneously combusting had me in stitches.

How is there no mention in the Stray observations about the bike going up in flames? That fucking slayed me.

IMO, these past three episodes have really been Supergirl at its best which makes me really excited for the season to come, but also fairly nervous since I think Season 3 started out strong (though not quite this strong) and then completely fell apart.

I didn’t realize realize at was a Jackson work. I’ve passed by the movie version like 5 times in the past 2 weeks while browsing options and figured I’d get around to it eventually  EDIT: oops, I fucked up and thought you were saying In the Mouth of Madness was a Jackson book. Somehow I read two of your comments as

I watched Season 5 and, while I didn’t hate it, I was really underwhelmed by it and this is coming from someone who likes Season 4 quite a bit. Thinking back on it, I really can’t remember much of what happens despite watching it less than 6 months ago. The only plot line that stuck with me at all was Maeby’s.

Never heard of Hour of the Wolf so I’ll definitely check that out.

Oh, shit, the possibilities are endless and I’m fucking here for it.

Just listened and now I’m dreading the possibility that the Gargoyle King could turn out to be Chic.

Re: Shannon Purser, I’m really nervous that they’re going to kill her off. You guys mentioned that she could move on to bigger things which, if that’s the case, good for her but god I’d miss Ethel.

As a sidenote, I’m re

I can’t recall if this has come up in previous episodes, but do you have any plans to do anything with Sabrina?

Re: the Zombie invasion

Mine would be two separate subgenres that often overlap. I like horror that involves descent into madness/the general dissolution of a solid mental and emotional state and I like horror that is sort of ambiguously horrorific where you’re not sure if anything supernatural was actually happening in the end.
