Hey internet stranger, I’m so glad you will be there! I’m doing that walk too. I lost my son to suicide several years ago and have had my own struggles with anxiety and depression.

I’d like to nominate a couple from Calle 13:
And you have the opportunity to say you’re returning it because they’re against women’s equality!
That is exactly why I bought five boxes this weekend even though my partner and I are trying to avoid carbs and sugar. They will be welcomed at potlucks and my Spanish class if I can avoid them long enough.
Yes.
Shit that’s horrible. I’m so sad for the family.
They all look like pajamas to me.
That’s how most native English readers would read it, I think. That’s how I will always read it.
Not only did I keep my name and pass it on to my daughter, it’s actually my mother’s maiden name (she took it back and gave it to me). Unfortunately, it’s not a cool or especially spellable name. Yeah, I was around 40 in grad school and it was a little weird seeing all these undergrads dressed like junior high me.
I don’t know how long that’s been but I hope you can quit and stay quit. Alcohol, besides how it affects your behavior and relationships and how you feel the next day, it can fuck your body up big time. About a month after I quit I learned that a friend (a long-distance but still dear friend who had claimed to have…
I had quit once before but after a year I decided that I could have a little on occasion, and that, over the course of another year or two, ended up in my sampling a little of everything at a party and getting so spectacularly sick that I had to miss a 5 pm work meeting the next day. It was the first time I had missed…
