It’s a an answer that got distorted with time. Reznor was talking about his feelings towards the cover when it came out. He meant at that time. I can’t find a subsequent interview where he clarified that in which he reiterated that it’s still one of his most personnal songs.

If you got in on the $4 deal, that changes things, and how many items are going to disappear from Netflix in order to show up on Disney+? Even if you missed that, there’s the combo deal if you already have basic Hulu. This seems to be looking at it in a bit of a vacuum.
