Ummm, what?
I’m not suggesting you’re right or wrong about this, but will you elaborate?
I feel you 100% on both points. This isn’t technically the MCU Guardians, but might as well be. Same lineup, same characterizations, same tone.
I was coming to say the same thing, although that could’ve been an amazing series. (The artist, Greg Smallwood, is a goddamn genius.) The original Midnight Sons were fairly far from what’s being shown in the game, featuring Ghost Rider (Danny Ketch AND a depowered Johnny Blaze) Blade and Morbius, and lesser known…
I’m not sure where people are getting the idea that the What If? episodes all take place in one universe. I haven't seen that indicated anywhere, and assume that each episode is its own thing.

God DAMN do I love flamenco guitar.
I agree with you on almost all of this.
And sold out a few months ago...
The uncanny valley also refers specifically to close, but imperfect representations of human beings, so the concept really doesn’t apply to a non-human like the Child, CG or otherwise.
That’s almost exactly what I was thinking when I read this article.
As well it SHOULD be.
