A large part Nintendo’s fault as well because the advertising campaign was terrible. Once again you needed to be a Nintendo fan and a Metroid fan to really know not only what the game was but when it was even coming out. Hell most magazines I read only covered if if the journalist was a fan of the Metroid series. Not

They’d probably treat her better at this point. That piece is great though it shows off what Samus should be instead of what she has been made into. A fucking badass that kills people for a living not a god damn sex symbol.

Which is why we’ve put here in a tighter suit and added high heeled boots.

I feel as if I am on the same page of lazy as her.

Wrong! Metroid Prime had already taken it to a 3D environment and was much beloved. The only elements people disliked were the few Miyamoto requests of Retro Studios. The template was already there for a great 3D world.

Exactly...

Thanks to Disney and others the USA’s laws really are not as friendly as you think they are when it comes to such things.

I think people tend to forget the baby metroid, evolving metroids, queen metroids, the metroid homeworld and Samus being able to kill a whole species alone on a whole PLANET was all thanks to Metroid II. Super Metroid is a wonderful game and still my favorite. Yet I don’t hate on Metroid II because its flaws were

Exactly! Metroid II had the restrictions of very low end hardware. Yet still introduced concepts in use and loved by fans today. What was Other M’s excuse? The misogynistic lead developer?

It wasn’t a bad game it is just a Gameboy game and no matter how much you try with those old Gameboy games.. There really isn’t a way to go back and play them happily. The early Gameboy had a ton of restrictions. So at least that game had the excuse of hardware restrictions.

I know a great many people who feel that way sadly. Niantic had a game that brought people together and all they had to do was maintain it. Yet every action they take doesn’t effect the cheaters at all but instead makes the lives of legitimate players harder.

It is a testament really to how backward the IP laws are in many areas. There was literally no way for Nintendo to let it slide without lousing the IP. A company should have the option to let something like that slide in a public statement but not others. So the laws force companies to take such actions.

Youtube Red is the new cable subscription service. It is where everything is going at a premium slowly but surely. Do not fix all that is wrong your app or environment. Nope! Just start making people pay more for it.

I think a larger issue is that one of the real reason so many games fail on mobile is that there is no quality control. The market is constantly flooded with IP ripoffs of whatever you put out. So if you put out a premium game odds are a Chinese ripoff will hit the market in a few days that is an exact copy of yours

Oh... it can get far worse with how much Niantic is sucking off major city dick while ignoring everyone else.

I can relate. Here for awhile there was only legitimate players and you could tell because of their Pokemon or levels. They had a rare but it wasn’t top CP or only had a few really great Pokemon. That sorta thing.

Actually it really is and that is why Other M was made the way it was. Japan prefers the cinematic game that more or less plays for you and tells a story. While the rest of the world tends to prefer titles that allow you as the player to choose where to go and interact with the world more on your terms. There isn’t an

This is once again for a large part Nintendo’s own fault once again. If you remember back to when these games came out the advertising campaigns were terrible. Even after the titles were proven they could sell Nintendo still did very little to let people know they exist.

Actually people have been asking for many of the Star Wars backstories to be fleshed out for years. So a great many fans have waited a very long time for this. Heck so long that I wasn’t even born yet.
