Came here to say Niantic is really taking their time with these updates. Saw you already covered that. Now I am making a comment to acknowledge that it has been covered.

But seriously, Niantic is drip feeding content into this game. They need to hire more staff or something. At this rate it’ll finally resemble a

Oh you mean the myriad of slice of life, ecchi, and sequels to series I didn’t watch... um yes.

A fully anime original Naruto sequel series following a character nobody really likes in Boruto and an adaption of an uber-popular (though not as popular as it once was) manga’s middle section that everyone agrees has even worse pacing problems then the original in Attack on Titan. Great...

You mean with crushing disappointment as the presents are never what you actually asked for/wanted but can’t actually complain because they were presents and the person who got them for you is sitting there, looking at you all expectantly?

I recall loving the 90s OVAs back in the day. Lots of lovely profanity and gore...

Now playing

We shall keep bringing this up every time Nintendo act like fuckheads.

I agree.
There are lots of other games and consoles form other companies.
Nintendo does not want you to express your love on Youtube.
Nintendo does not want you to celebrate them on the internet.
So people should just quit it.

If Nintendo cannot understand how this might be good for them, it’s ultimately their loss, so,

They actually aren’t, that is until a legal precedent is set. Right now in a court of Law as it stands, Nintendo would more than likely lose against this particular youtuber if Lawyer power was equal on both sides. When something is under fair use and is considered a transformative work, you lose out on legal rights

Maybe I’m missing something, but seems like the smart response would be to just... stop. If it’s such a hassle/pain to cover Nintendo, cover somebody/something else. I’d be inclined to argue, in this day and age, Nintendo needs you more than you need Nintendo. You shouldn’t be paying Nintendo to, effectively,

I love the fact it’s so random. You don’t have to look for them. You just wander, see some odd thing, wonder what it is, next thing you know, boom! seed.

So basically, because you haven’t experienced it it’s not a problem?

THIS. THIS is why I cancelled my Switch preorder. For the love of God, Nintendo. Your software is great, the Switch hardware is enticing in many ways, but THIS is why I decided I would wait a year or so. You can’t even get the simplest little things right.

It’s both a not totally huge thing but also still annoying and seemingly completely unnecessary.

Or, instead of jumping to that extreme, just make some good, obvious, widely used design choices...some they already use and ignored for this.

Sorry man, but that makes no sense. Two years is a long time. A long time that crap will happen. Were not suppose to judge the release for two years? Like when has any tech got that long of a grace period. Why should Nintendo not be held accountable for things like this? Every other piece of tech is. Microsoft

Even as a joke, that is ridiculous. Imagine the power going out in your house and the save gets corrupted. Blegh, Nintendo keep getting a pass on everything. This is BS right now.

Im so glad I didnt jump the hype train to nowheresville on this. Seriously Zelda is the only reason to get a Switch but its out on Wii U too so why bother?
