Track Package
I would have 1 or 2 cars from many of the major classes:
How many launches can you do before the half-shafts generate their own warranty claim?
At first I saw him shifting and assumed it was a sequential box but then I watched closer and saw him shift over so it’s an H pattern! That’s even more amazing and those throttle blips are fantastic.
Physics time! How fast does the Rav4 have to travel and what is the maximum angle of the bridge for the car to make it across?
David Tracy better win this question...
How does this compare to when you’re driving yourself and anticipating the forces?
Neutral: My car is not the most fuel efficient option available but since I bought the car for a variety of reasons, fuel cost is just something I have to live with. It’s not even all that horrible, since I do many different types of driving (mostly enthusiastically!)
What percent of people will drop out now that the final specs and prices have been released? I would imagine there will be at least a few people who are turned off by the pricing structure and that dash design.
As bad as it is to call a four door automobile a “coupe,”
It seems like every car that Jalopnik enjoy doesn’t sell enough... so what number of sales are required? Obviously many different variables but it sure sounds like everything needs to sell 100k+ or else.
How does insurance work on something ultra valuable for this? Somehow I doubt 15 minutes will actually save you 15% on car insurance when they ask about brand/model...

For the engine, maybe, but traditional components like brakes and tires still need to be tended to (although to be fair, these are neglected on gas vehicles too, plus they can be serviced at general garages). Primarily my issue is that without dealers, having to make someone wait a few days to replace the entire…
Yes, but more so the difference between a vehicle that is likely one of multiple, is stored in a garage and is owned by someone who is willing to invest the time and money in keeping it running properly, and someone for whom this is their only vehicle and may put off other maintenance items as a result.
So realistically what’s the flush process? That crap doesn’t flow, so do you have to scoop it out, soft serve style?
Neutral: I am very curious to see how the Model 3 works out. The differences between building, supporting and repairing an expensive $100k+ vehicle vs a $35k one that will likely sit outside all day and have maintenance intervals ignored is so large that I think a lot of interesting user behaviour info will come out…
