Wow no kidding.

Wait, are you serious that Polaris RZR and other UTVs actually hit $30k?

It seems many of us have agreed that condition = good, price = bad, so what should something like this go for instead? $18k? $20k?

Will the ride be upgraded to match Ferrari's current road car or will it stay a 430 forever?

I've mentioned it before, but I still find it fascinating that people buy relatively inefficient vehicles because the pump price is lower. Yes, for now it is, but clearly they won't last and soon you'll be spending $100+ filling up your ride.

Is there a Uhaul vehicle trailer that would fit one of these?

What would be the best car to troll people for winter driving? ie. something no one thinks is good in snow but with snow tires can handle amazing

Someday I really hope I can own a hilariously oversized utility vehicle like this, but all of the compromises and issues with this one means it's no good.

Some of the cars seem to have so little modifications inside that it looks like they're just out for a Sunday drive. Then you glance out the window again and realize you're traveling sideways.

With Canada's 15 year import law, we can import 2000 Minis next year and save them from this horrible death!

Clarification: are we talking cars that either have big performance or economy, or have economy while hooning? There's a difference, and it means that cars like the Corvette cannot be directly compared against cars like hi-performance Civics.

This is certainly excellent news, but I'm guessing it will compete with the STI and Golf R so that means a starting price of at least $36k (more like $40k in the frozen North), which in turn means that many Jalops will celebrate, but few will pay.

This is almost exactly what I get day-to-day.

The Touareg is my favourite of those VW group SUVs so I has a sad. Hopefully things are like you say and it was already dead before going for another ride.

How did your car fare through it all?

I can't really make a decision about owning a previous rental cars. Based on Jalop driving behaviour, it makes sense to think that each and every one has been hooned around empty parking lots but on the flip side, rentals are generally maintained pretty close to the manufacturer specs. I guess it's a bit of a crap

So does that mean that a 360 would make a good track day weapon if you can afford the inevitably higher maintenance?

I like the way you think.

That's an interesting choice. On one hand, no reserve to get the cars into the hands of people who will drive them. On the other, it's a fundraiser! It's a bit of a strange conflict to think about.

What people tend to forget, and is something Toyota demonstrated with the Tundra shuttle pull, is that a giant weight on relatively slippery wheels and bearings, with no mud or sliding friction, doesn't require a huge weight to get moving. The Commander was probably approaching its tow limit before the truck got
