I have been waiting 10 years for a new Armored Core. I couldn’t be more excited to get my hands on this.

Can’t wait to use my thrusters to dash down memory lane with Armored Core.

I think speedrunners savor more than anyone, we see the speedrun but not all the times they went through the puzzle or game to be able to speedrun it.

I want to leave behind this weak flesh and have a metal body with multi rockets in my shoulders and a railgun on my fingers.

Having played plenty of Armored Core I can say the video looked pretty representative what gameplay is like, just with fancy camera angles instead of being fixed behind the player and the HUD off.

I’ve been waiting for a new Armored Core game and I’m jazzed! 

They’re really just throwing the 2 at the end because it’s finally finished moving to Source 2. Since the only other game running it is Dota 2. They’re taking a page out of Epic’s naming convention, Unreal Tournament 3 wasn’t the third game in the series, but the number at the end represented the engine the game…

Because Valve is literally calling it CS2? Who would ever think its a sequel with a name like CS2?

Not ENTIRELY. Nvidia being complete tools in this case isn’t directly because they tried to hop aboard the environmental calamity scam of crypto and NFTs. It’s also that Nvidia sells their founder’s edition cards - the ‘top binned’ performing cards for less than EVGA can sell theirs. That means better performance for a lower price point than they can match.

It’s not just that. It’s a combination of factors. You should watch the Gamers Nexus video, he goes over a lot of it.

Same, the games have his DNA all over them and even though I didn’t care much for MGSV (which is probably more at fault with Konami than Kojima), I just can’t see a new Metal Gear without him. I know they did Survive but did anyone really play it?

Also without Hideo Kojima involved I am not sure I am all that interested

Ok. So, now that this is happening, surely this means that the next “Sega didn’t publish a few games during this era into English” game to get remade is Valkyria Chronicles 3, right? Like, a proper one? Not just the fan translation job?

Really, any game that has split second inputs showcase how bad America’s online infrastructure is. Fighting games ESPECIALLY. Some people out here don’t have any decent access to high speed Internet. Not for gaming but for school or work. Like (And forgive me for getting on my soapbox for a bit but), we call ourselves…
