The answer to that is maybe, we don’t know. In my opinion, and from talking to doctor friends, everything culminated in a perfect storm to kill him and determining blame on any one part is likely impossible.

There’s also the time it takes to kick in.  He might have taken it earlier and it kicked in as he was under the cops knee.  All I know is that there’s no way the fentanyl DIDN’T have some sort of affect on his death, given that it’s a respiratory depressant AND that he had Covid.  Not defending the cop but any good…

When you’re talking about an 8 minute span then it’s actually pretty likely that it could have happened when the knee was on his leg. It’s not like it was 10 seconds or something.

It does fucking matter because there’s not way it had zero contribution.  Mark my words - the drugs in his system and/or the Covid will be instrumental in getting the cop off the hook and being found not guilty.

Texas is the only state I’ve been pulled over in for not having a front plate. Bought the car in Louisiana and they don’t do front plates so it didn’t come with the holder and I just rolled with it.
