In Hawkeye’s case they chose dropping that ball so it could be addressed in his series. Thor, OTOH, was a case of it being an act they didn’t agree with morally but were willing to let slide b/c they all felt the same rage and frustration.

1) It’s a callback to the end of the original Iron Man when he first attempted to deny being IM before admitting it 2 seconds later.

The Hawkeye discourse was focused on that haircut he got.

I can’t speak on The Marvels as I have to do some catching up, but I can say that the 3 you mention had enemies that felt like threats to the heroes and that helped to balance things in all of their films.

Best possible current pick. Only one better would be ‘13-’14 Elliott Gould.

TikTok’s owners did themselves no favors when they decided to use the app to send popups to US users, calling on them to contact their representatives about stopping the bill. That act validated the fearmongering about the level of sway an app can give to foreign powers.

A show about the direwolf would be incredible. Just make it about her and Jaqen doing jobs around the world.

Yes. And that comes off as wrong in episode and, going off info up to ep 3, makes no sense as their vault never opened itself up to the outside until Lucy left.

It seems an intentional choice given the amount of comedy this ep started with.

I’d like to think that as well but I recall their being a delay between Jez being removed from the link list and them dumping Kinja.

Don’t yuck my yum.

The hilarious part is that she only moved to opaque bottoms after m0ist/Charlie did a stream pointing out what she was doing, and how very close the thong bottom she had on at the time was to letting some brown show.

All I had was AVC and The Takeout, eventually that changed to AVC and The Takeout minus slideshows after I had the top comment on the 2023 In Memoriam giving them shit for rushing to milk another slideshow for clicks.

Their knowledge of the outside seems to be largely pre-war and we weren’t shown any sign of them having acquired new knowledge of their world. There was no reason for her to know what a raider was.

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Nothing wrong with picking any nits but sometimes you have to just ignore things for your own enjoyment/sanity. Like Lucy knowing about raiders despite living her entire life literally under a rock.

Good first ep. Have to agree w/ Hughes about the choice of dividing the focus to other stories not really being the best choice.

Never got past season 1 of Justified so I only recognized Goggins.

Bringing the old cast back isn’t much of an option unless Reborn gets retconned.
