On earth, average "loamy" soils—from the googling I just did.. seem to have a saturation rate of about 30.4% for water.. Such soil has a density of 1.4== 1400 kg/cu.

There are a bunch of mounds like this near my erstwhile home of Memphis, TN, along the Mississippi. Some of them were used as artillery bunkers during the Civil War, as in the picture here. There's debate about fully excavating the mounds because the work would disturb graves.

No way that house is just 1m wide. Standard square tiles are 33x33 cm (or thereabout), so there would be just three rows of tiles on the floor. There's more than four in that pic, so it makes it ~1.60m wide, at least.
