I can't really be mad at Gearbox for this. They own Duke Nukem and need to protect their IP. This is almost exactly like Zenimax owning Fallout and Interplay still attempting to make a Fallout MMO using a third party studio. The sold their IP, it's not theirs anymore, and now they need to move on.
