That could be true. If I remember right, I absolutely hated patch 11 when they started having tazers and shields form up together, the addition of the Titan safe, and the wet-paper-bag armor on Overkill difficulty. Haven't looked into it myself, but how much of that is in the PS3 patch?

For IV, I'm pretty partial to the GBA port since it has the added jukebox and additional dungeons/plot after you complete the final boss. I don't know if any of that was kept in the PSP Complete port with the After Years. Haven't played the After Years, but I hear that it sucked.
