Not TV....but I find Doug Demuro’s web series chalk board fingernail grating. Not that it matters, I’m sure he has made serious bank since his Jalop days.

The US is situated about 7500 miles from Iran. Iran has never directly attacked the US. The Shah was not a US “ally”, he was put in place by CIA facilitated coup that overthrew the elected government. He was a murderous ruler who tracked and killed people around the world as well as in his country. He was put in

At one point in time, Iran was a modern, relatively secular country with a well educated middle class that embraced parts of Western culture. I wonder what could have happened?

Counterpoint: The 718 GTS with PDK is fantastic, noise be damned (though IMO it sounded good).  Thanks to the deprciation and low sales, those who don’t mind the flat four noise and are seduced by the tunability will be getting bargain priced mini supercars.

I know that spot!

Leave that troll alone, anyone who wants to swap engines in this is a retarded inbred.... the engine is the best part of this car....

Pshaw! Probably just a S-line, not even a real S. Call me when it escalates to atleast a RS...

No way! I grew up in a super WASPy area of Philadelphia. Can confirm. Nothing says old money WASP like a Sable or Taurus wagon. Nice cars are for the nouveau riche with something to hide.

Plot twist - he has a sable wagon and is trying to get rid of it thus, he is trying to inflate the price by making it seem cooler/better than it is.

Lotus Europa. Never seen one, seems terrible on paper, but its insanely lightweight and its design is completely polarizing. Most of them have fallen apart due to shoddy workmanship and experimental assembly methods. Just cool, Yugo cool.

Agreed. Read about the 968 Turbo S years ago, and have lusted for one since.

You are correct on the first point, and so far as I know, also correct on the second.

Had to star this, as a fan of all the “water-coolers”. But I’ll just say, I think the 968 was the best of the series. 3.0L 4-cylinder....*drools*

I too wonder if the world would collapse if audi made a RWD vehicle. especially a small sporty one. I also think that as base porsche boxsters inflate to ridiculous prices it MIGHT be time for porsche to shake things up again and offer a more affordable entry sports car. preferably a no frills FR coupe with a tweaked
