Not sure if you’re confused here. LeBron James has been an NBA staple for a decade and a half now. He’s won multiple mvp’s and nba championships. Definitely not a nobody! Also I think triple-A is a soccer term not basketball! Happy to be of assistance! 

Not against removing an arbitrary cap that privileges owners over labor, but it strikes me that the parity of baseball has so much to do with the particular dynamics of the sport (roster size, farm systems, players on the field, etc) that assuming it would or even could be replicated in a cap-less NBA is dubious.
