Screaming aside, trying to kick out the center divider was kind of a bad ass move....

Official time now 4.53.

"Big tires" don't equal "winter tires"

Hopefully he makes it to the next Jalop/K2K excursion. That's my buddy Shaun Day, a program manager at SVT. Actually both he and Brad Doerr(owner of the wagon, engineer at GM) drive the effing wheels off those karts. Not good for the ego when you're not much into it yet THOSE are the friends you kart with. All of John's work is rad, killer style.

And what is it with Levine and speeding tickets, wasn't he the first guy to get pulled over in a '09 Ram R/T???

I didn't realize doubting it was a thing. I mean...I know guys that worked on the engineering to make it happen, no small task.

I read somewhere that Rhys Millen did the garage drift scene and everyone on set was in disbelief...

Working hard and getting what you deserve....that IS what the imagery showed.

Oil field, foundry, blacksmith shop, weldor...an image of a dancer doesn't overpower those

The slogan isn't. It's not really related to the imagery either. Normal, everyday people going about their daily routines; work, play. Pretty ordinary.

Again, perhaps I didn't state this as clearly as I should have. I've got no issue with Maserati having a SB ad. I don't think the spot fit the brand. That's it.

Feel free to read through this thread, it's been covered.

If you didn't think that you didn't watch very "good."

Once again, I have no problem with Maserati having a spot. I just don't think the spot fit their brand.

They weren't taking shots at the Big 3.....their targets are Euro in nature.

What the shit. One of the reasons I left Chrysler was the amount of jobs that were going out the door due to outsourcing. I love American Made. I love Made in Detroit. I hate them posturing that they somehow have the market cornered on what should be made here.

If I'm a VW engineer, I'm going to be hating this commercial for the next few years...

disregard comment...Twitter linked to wrong article.

Oh, I agree. The "Imported from Detroit" spot wasn't about the 200 as much as it was about Chrysler, either. I just didn't feel it as a Maserati spot, period. Hopefully it works for them, though.
