I always say cars have come full circle from being tall two box designs to low three box designs and back to high two box designs as they are again today. Vehicles are now less style driven and more practical in design.

Right. Just because some of the sheetmetal stampings look the same that doesn’t mean they were stamped from the same die or parts supplied from the same supplier. It’s pretty much a car duplicated from it’s original design using new tooling and adjustments made to suit the market it’s sold in.
