Obviously there is a difference in the way we both handle disagreement. I guess u just run out of good ideas so you come back with insults, whats next? Let me guess, u gon' make fun of my grammar? wut wut

Google didnt do much research at all when GMaps came out, still today there's a lot of issues with Google Maps. No maps is perfect, i like the fact that Apple seems willing to improve it rather quickly. I believe the reason why Apple rushed with Maps was because they didnt want Google to have enough time to develop

I dont remember that being the exact quote in any of the cases, it is a whole patent not just a patent on a rectangle with rounded corners. Think of it like when people where over simplifying the "slide to unlock" coming up with analogies such as doors, just because other things are "slide to unlock" does not mean

It is up to google to offer their own alternative not to Apple. Apple was simply using Google's API for their MAPS app and when they changed it to their own obviously that previous one made no sense as they were no longer supporting it. As soon as Google made gmaps available they accepted it just fine so I fail to see

Out of all OEMs out there Samsung copied the most, by far. I mean Ive seen so many ridiculous obvious copying attempts from Samsung that the list would be too long for commenting system. I think Apple should cool down a bit VS Motorola and HTC(hard to do if they are infringing the same patents as Samsung) but Samsung

I suppose you are enjoying it? Im totally neutral about it.

I can see that. I just keep wondering why fandroids love Apple articles, they're like a constant crowed in avery single Apple news while you rarely see any Apple fanboys on Android articles. I personally dont own a single Android powered device so I ignore most Android related articles, theres nothing in there for me,

If I were anywhere as immature as you are I wouldn't even had been honest enough to explain where my perception came from. But I did, you of course instead of discussing a simple point you resort to answer like a 10 year old who thinks he is 15.

I just noticed a pattern as of recently, I didnt say Gizmodo was anti-apple in general, they arent for the most part so I was confused.

The patents are somewhat generic but the components that form the patent come together in a very particular way, hence the reason why they were granted. Apple does not have a patent on round corners.

with all that thought you put in to your nickname you really cant expect anyone to look anything up on your behalf.

by definition every company could be a patent troll.

Opinionated. Apple wanting to offer their own alternative on their own device is not a "Fuck You" at all. Does Google use "Bing" on their Nexus?

Apple cant be a patent troll by definition. Patent trolls do not practice the patents they use in court. Apple is defending patents they own and patents that are currently used on their devices, patents that make them different from the rest. The term patent troll couldnt be more far from its definition.

Ive used maps and honestly is nowhere as bad as the media and gizmodo makes it to be. I have even not trusted Maps so many times due to this, thinking that there's something wrong with it only to find myself with the exact same directions on Web Google Maps. My friend who has no idea about computers and drives

I wasn't whining, I was just wondering, I mean while Im typing this another Google Maps article posted becomes a Maps bashing article(this is like the 4th or 5th i think). Ive been reading Giz for years as well and I know they can be on either side of the fence sometimes but like I said 'recently' it seems like its

I didnt read the article I just looked at the image when I posted my comment. The tone of the article itself its pretty standard. The image used with the words "SERVED" kinda makes it sound like Apple deserves every bit of it lol. Thats why i was wondering.

oh no you cant do that from what Ive seen. Basically you have to know where you are going and which route to take. In case you dont know then you Google Map it first, figure out which bus you need to take and then open TTC Watch and track that particular route. Thats how i do it. Hopefully TTC Watch will add this

The picture on this article "SERVED" has an anti-apple tone to it. I know it is based on facts, but to make it sound deserving is also opinionated wouldnt you agree?

I just came from reading all 3 Google Maps for iOS articles...
