Apple wont match the price. Why would Apple even consider selling tablets at a loss? They don't need to match the price they already own the market. All they need is to put a cheapER iPad out there with the quality that all these cheap tablets lack and iPad minis will fly off the shelves this Xmas.

I bought the $2900 MBPR. Haven't had any issues so far. Best laptop I have ever owened. It was also my first Mac computer and I do not regret it at all. OSX is so worth it.
