Well I never keep milk in the house but I always have 3lbs of butter around so I guess I have, in fact, been inadvertently doing it right. 

My 4 year old nephew recently discovered Space Jam and woke me up every morning on vacation singing fly like an eagle. I’ve never been more proud. 

I have a weird type of milk intolerance where I can tolerate it but add any extra sugars and it makes me hellaciously sick. I usually drink lactose free milk but even that with cereal doesn’t work for me. I really miss Honey Nut Cheerios with cut up banana. 

The water in the milk evaporates as you cook them leaving a little extra fat which makes them fluffy.
