Sounds like - IGN posted a grumpy response from Ubisoft, in reference to this story.
I can sympathize with this. At various points in my life, I've had to move back home, to the middle of nowhere, where it's like I've stepped a decade and a half back in time, to the era of dial-up. It's gotten better there, but there were times when - gasp - my average download speed was something like 100kb/s. Better…
Slightly off-topic:
It's weird because that's how it was in the past two Dragon Age games.
Yeah, the whole 'need to be next to things to interact' is weird with the KB+Mouse, but I've gotten pretty comfortable with the controls after ~60 hours in singleplayer, and ~30 hours in MP. Still, I heard rumors they were going to address some of the control wonkiness in a patch?
Yeah, honestly it seems like the two are kind of merging in all but name, at this point, if this year is any indication.
I kind of love stamping my feet and spamming "I'll get you next time!" repeatedly, whether I win or not. It makes me laugh, for some reason.
I hope it's here to stay - my friend recently grabbed Mario Kart and a Wii U, and we had a blast this weekend running Steam on PC to use voice chat, drinking, racing, and talking Mario Kart Shit. We had a slew of great, full matches. Few games are as fun with friends as Mario Kart, even if they are several states away.
The eBay one for $40 sold out so fast. =[
Is it just me, or are the Cyber Monday deals pretty limp this year? Seems like a more tepid version of the Black Friday deals, nothing particularly unique.
Ha! This is fantastic.
Same! That was a beautiful, transporting game.
Same. It's worth it, though. I'm savoring every moment.
Pretty sure there's not, unfortunately. Print Screen on the keyboard works, though, and sends screenshots to My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age Inquisition/Screenshots, or something along those lines.
Don't worry - I was doing the same thing today, albeit in Dragon Age: Inquisition (hey, some people like to get lost in history, some people like to get eaten by picturesque dragons). After I discovered you can turn off the HUD entirely on the PC version with a console command (see: http://wakawakawakawaka.kinja.com/ta…
The other day in Dragon Age: Inquisition, I was in the Hinterlands (of course), and discovered that a goat had made its way onto the high beams inside a home, at the Crossroads. There was no way down. There was also no way up (I tried).
One of the more staggering cases of bullshot I've come across, Might and Magic X:
Yeah, the Xbox One controller still has spotty support. Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, for example, won't recognize it, while it will recognize an Xbox 360 for PC controller.
And yeah - I wasn't really sure how good my processor was, since I bought a pre-built about two years ago - just knew it was getting old. But…
Yeah, I also have MSAA turned off - it just takes a huge dive with it on, and I honestly can barely tell a difference when I crank it up to x4 and swap back and forth.
