I literally think this way about things like games. Mostly to justify the high price-tag compared to other types of media. $10 movie ticket or $60 game you need a $300 console to play? If I play that $60 game for 40 hours, it’s easier to justify the cost as being “worth it”.

That’s fair. I obviously had a much different experience. If the game had hooked me early on I might have tried again but it was just bland and boring.

I got ME:A cheap. During the tutorial I ran into a bug where I couldn’t progress because the elevator thing bugged out and had no options to go anywhere, but kept telling me to use it.
