I have a couple of strong opinions here, as I liked the movie a lot and loved the book even more.

Some of these are contextual though.
It happened to me in season... 6 I think. Was placed mid-Gold, jumped to high gold, and then just before making it to plat.. the plummet started.
> Pokemon is about having a small team of pokemon that you train and get attached to
I would just like a few less lizards. This is my first MH game but after I beat it, I felt like there was a surprising lack of diversity in the monsters. There were only 1/3 of the other games (I checked) and even then some of them were just palette swaps. Sooo many flying lizards. I’d love, like, a bear monster or…
For me it was the opposite. The first time I saw it I liked it. I saw it three times and each time was worse and worse. The casino planet was terrible, as was the plot surrounding Benicio Del Toro. The timeline is just weird and doesn’t make tons of sense (both movies take place over a few days time, remember).
So does Mario, though, so this is not super surprising.
The Winter Soldier feels like best of both worlds. It’s very focused on Cap, is a standalone, but also has big implications coming out of it that the movie doesn’t deal with right away.
Two actually does it. Also you can tranq first, then wake it up. The tranq effect doesn’t immediately go away. It’s fun to wake them up then instantly win as he gets trapped and both tranq bombs take effect at once.
The easy version:
Yeah but that shit still happens in comp too.
If I hadn’t have branched out, I would be rolling my eyes at you.
Whoa, this happened with my parents too. My Dad used to be borderline hippy in the 70s, he was definitely hard-left. Now he’s hard-right. It’s like a switch was flipped. He bought a gun and keeps it at hand at all times.
I was very excited for this initially. My D&D group is spread around the country and so we use a combination of Fantasy Ground (for D&D rules, mechanics, map sharing, token placement, etc) and Discord for voice chat. We’ve had to wire up a bunch of bots and stuff for sound effects and music.
Yup! Lots of pausing, switching between characters, and queueing up their actions. Or, the way I played DA:O, only focusing on my character, forgetting to pause and trying to do everything real time, and dying a lot.
Of course the SSJ3 hair looks absurd. He didn’t shave his eyebrows!
Neither IMO. It’s more like Dragon Age: Origins or older RPGs. It’s not turn based, but you can pause in order to queue up actions.
I agree. What I think might be different in this situation is they aren’t “just being”. As soon as they turn on the webcam and start streaming they’re now entertainers.
I tried to handle this in my recent campaign (I am DMing).
Players in my group are constantly trying to seduce people (for information, for fun, whatever). It’s funny though because they like the attempt, the chase, but then I’m like okay you seduced her now what do you say, and they get all uncomfortable and try to just leave the room (in-game). We’re all in our 30s btw.
