Thisthisthis! I was in the same exact boat for a long time. I was an office temp in some really soul-sucking finance offices for a while, and I was so frustrated that I wasn’t finding my dream job, so instead I focused on the other parts of my life. There are people who live to work, people who work to live, and a few people who are able to find something in between. Kelly has a good thing going, I have no doubt she’s willing to put up with a few frustrations at work in order to live her life the way she wants, and there’s nothing at all wrong with that!
