Anyone remember the old 318 Chrysler engines? Always blew off the top quart and never used another drop. After every oil change, it would drop 1 quart in about a week, and stay right at the “low” mark until the next oil change, no matter how many months or miles I drove.

Nice comparison. Now put a 1990 Ford Ranger next to those trucks.

I had been saying it for the last 11 years; Ford made a HUGE mistake canceling the original Ranger and an even bigger mistake by up-sizing it in ‘04.

It was still bigger than the first generation model, Loki.

Too big.

What’s going to replace it? Hopefully an even smaller one with a proper extended cab (suicide doors) and cargo space with temporary seats, rather than seating space with temporary cargo capacity.

Considering my interest would be in the 200SX of the previous. generation; I really couldn’t care less about this car.

Time to bring the 2-door coupes back. I’m tired of seeing nothing but 4-door models of everything.

There are cheaper ways. $35/month is ridiculous. My average is less than $9.99/month and if you go annual subscription, it’s even lower. But then, I’m also not paying for cable or satellite TV, either... pure streaming for me.

My suggestion is to set yourself up for streaming. Granted, it will cost a little bit, but not all THAT much and you’ll be able to view every race, even if you can’t view it live. I won’t recommend any brand of streaming device because that’s a personal choice, but if you have one built into your TV or already

Interesting you should show this... It’s quite similar to what I saw from my very first car, which had a cracked cylinder wall when it was purchased. Definite engine swap ahead for that Bronco... at best. And a full flush of the cooling system, including heater cores, etc. before the new engine goes in.

You can’t steal gas from a vehicle that doesn’t use gas. Think about it.

Simple; find out who’s paying for their fuel and freeze their accounts. Once those drivers have to start paying for their own fuel, they’ll head for home, worried as to whether or not they’ll even make it.

Wanted to be able to see better and be in something nice and safe.”

The Maverick is a lot smaller than the Excursion. You’re talking about an Avalanche equivalent, which was killed by crew cab pickup models.

When I need it I use it. When I don’t need it, I drive my other cars.”

Anyone who suggests a Fiat 500 as a city car has never driven one.”

I was going to comment this, but I’ve been greyed out.”

I routinely carry loads by volume that a Mark I Mini couldn’t handle, even if it could handle the raw weight. I also carry highly variable loads, from Costco/BJ’s runs to greenhouses and home improvement stores. Much of what I carry is simply too big. However...

You can also get cargo nets that will help hold things down, if you don’t want the cost and hassle of a tonneau.
