Well thankfully since ‘X’ is now nothing but Musk brown nosing bots, I doubt it’ll move the meter one way or the other with likely voters.
It’s ok to the Jump the ‘X’ ship, kids. The water is nice.

$20 says you’ll see 10x more republican ads then democrat ones.
Uggh... yet another reason to ditch X/Twitter. Does Threads allow political ads?
They’ve been doing nothing but lose money since Elon took over. Opening their hearts to the deep pockets of corrupt elections is a great way to turn a profit.
Huyang reminds me a lot of the robots on the cover of 80s Asimov reissues . Which makes sense , since it turns out they were drawn by Ralph McQuarrie ,and his early droid prototypes for Star Wars were pretty similar in style.
In my experience a good number of folks in healthcare fit the profile the study authors described. Probably has something to do with the primary factor that motivates people to work hard and be high achievers. Helping others versus money/power and whatnot.
I was curious about this, too. Seems like 24 people are only afew generations away from serious inbreeding
That’s pretty much the requirements for Antarctic bases
Need someone to design a 3d printable hinge.
I get hung up on the fact that foldable phones have a small curve where the screen folds. It’s a shame as I love the idea of a foldable phone.
Can’t wait for the Ted Kord post-credits scene to never pay off! I’m honestly a bit surprised it got left in.
I willing to see just because Chapolim Colorado (I’m from Brazil and used to watch it).
“While we do not yet have the data to judge AVs against the standard human drivers are setting, I do believe in the potential of this technology to increase safety on the roadway,”
I can tell you, right now, as driver in the bay area, these are already far superior to manually operated vehicles already. The people on…
So you give up that easily b/c you hit a road block or minor issue? With thinking like yours we’d still be riding around in a horse and buggie b/c those fancy new age motor drawn carriages are far too dangerous and explosive!?
I don’t like all-or-nothing conclusions regarding tech like this. Should self-driving cars ever be the ONLY mode of transport available? No. Should they currently be given complete free range? No. Yet are there situations where self driving cars could make perfect sense and be safe. Yes.
They’re not a failed experiment; they’re just not ready yet.
Windows 12 can’t come soon enough. They really do alternate generations from good and bad. 11-bad, 10-good, 8-bad, 7-good, Vista-bad, XP-good, Me-bad, 98-good, Bob-bad...
I’m thinking less action movies, and more adventure-comedy for kids. Think Jumanji, Small Soldiers, Inspector Gadget (but not shit like the last one). All those movies were kids or a family get saddled with something weird going on and then they have to solve the hijinks with the help of funny adults. The trailers…
The trailer did give me a 90s movie vibe, namely of “young characters gets superpower/superpet/etc from mysterious source, family hijinks ensue”, but for the life of me I can't tell you which specific movies I'm reminded off. There is just a familiarity to it I can't fully pinpoint.
As a Mexican, I’m excited to see this come to life, even if I’m only one of five people in the theater this weekend!
