Probably late to the party but the pulley looks like an aftermarket 8rib blower pulley. Using a 4rib OEM belt. This is bad, even for roadkill standards. I agree though I cannot see the air output from the bottom, maybe just angle of the pics, but none in the ad show it. The “stand” looks to be barely thicker than 16ga…

It should not be by decibel alone, but a combination of decibels and waveform types. The waveform types would correspond to different exhaust modalities from various engine types.

So, for example, a Ferrari V8 and it’s audio waveform, usually seen as a pleasing exhaust note, would be allowed to very high decibels.
