Thank you!
Thank you!
It’s interesting to see the light duty / pickup truck concepts coming out. Will be interesting to see, when they become available for testing, what kind of hit range takes when towing. I wonder how the hit will compare to gas and diesel?
Is that a rebadged VW steering wheel?
I’m late to the party, but one thing Ferrari shared with early 80's Foxbody Mustang’s was the use of Michelin TRX tires and the associated metric wheels. Coker Tires remakes TRX tires. Not sure if in the Testarossa sizes, but they may. They aren’t cheap, but good options here.
YouTube thumbnails are the worst. Garish arrows, stupid text and people with their hands flying around seem to be in lately. Ugh.
They only get worse outside in the cold. Then they are not just brittle with age, but brittle with cold too!
I always thought it more as SUV’s had a truck based or specific chassis - so the Jeeps with uniframe builds were SUV’s because they weren’t based on an Intrepid chassis.
This use case is why people get CRVs - room, utility, economy, and price all work out. Not my first choice for fun, but it ticks the boxes. I like the other more interesting choices though :)
It’s a tradeoff between the two. Family has had both, I have a 4.7l WJ.
David, when you thin the heard let me know - How about a 2dr XJ or maybe you need to get into WJ’s next?
What a strange world we live in. It used to be OEM’s would make the more stylish grille designs, and one would turn to the aftermarket to purchase an ugly, garish grille.
I don’t see these come up for sale around here as much as in the past - and even then it wasn’t very often. When they do, they’re often beat-up.
Just use better fluid?
Honestly, that trailer may be more expensive than the truck if I recall Airstream prices...
Didn’t see a note about it, so adding - the early 32v motors as well as those in the Mach 1 and other cars in the Intek engine series were not hand built.
The biggest issue with any new Corvette generation coming out is the need to refresh your Corvette hawaiian shirt collection to reflect the C8
Those grumpy men buying new ones and keeping them pristine make for great used performance bargains on the used market though :)
I definitely agree. Regarding the trucks, I’m hoping the 10spd auto turns out to be a gem in terms of long term durability - only time will really tell there!
Yeah, I was checking them out a bit - if that’s a Max Limited w/ heavy duty tow package probably around 70k. No doubt getting to 80k for a Platinum.
I must say I really like the redesigned Expedition...
