Per comments, and not sure how accurate my Googling is, but it appears that at least 8 states may not require titles on older vehicles. My comment above can’t be edited, but it does apply to one of the 42 titling states for older cars. Rules definitely vary state to state

When I say CL and FB, I’m referring to my state which is a titling state...I would totally understand if this was from a state that didn’t have titles for older vehicles, and work it accordingly. That I won’t mistake for the lazy sellers down here :)

My guess is this car is making the website rounds, and non-legit bids are driving it up.

I had to learn this - you watch TV and there is music. It seems odd to try and create something without it. But - the format is such it’s not needed, and preferred.

This is an appropriate price for a C4 ZR1 of this age, mileage, and condition. Assuming there are no major issues with it (and there are some very simple things to check on C4 to validate you want it), and it’s an honest car, it’s definitely NP.

Back in the day, the RS trim versions were often not much more than appearance and light handling packages. Heck, for 4th gen Camaros, the RS was a V6 Camaro with side skirts and a higher lip spoiler. So, I suppose it fits that bill.
