Alas, I live in the mid-atlantic region of the US, and Southwest doesn’t my my most frequent routes (DC to Boston). I sometimes take Amtrak and avoid planes altogether.

I hate to break it too you, but that’s all US airlines. I always bring a coat on the plane. You don’t want to use those nasty blankets anyways.
Edit (because the window closed): I will compare prices on a 3rd party site, but I always book directly through the airline’s website. Same for hotels and cars. I tend to stick to brands I trust and accumulate points through them.
Yep, never pay for the cheapest, no frills tickets if you can afford to do so. You basically become livestock at that point. I have a super-cheap friend try to stuff 3 days worth of clothes and toiletries into a backpack because he bought the ticket that didn’t come with an overhead bin. Like, just pay to let yourself…
I do some business travel, and while I didn’t know of this no-show-cancels-entire-trip policy, I do know that many of my colleagues and I prefer to book two one-way tickets instead of a round-trip. It may be more expensive, but it does allow for some flexibility.
So is the tip before or after the “you pay the servers salary not us” item?
What do you mean “these people” don’t want immigrants? Trump just said that if you don’t like your country you can leave, and that’s exactly what immigrants are doing. Are you telling me Trump and his supporters are hypocrites?
Shouldn’t it be Megan Thee Mare?
Nah, the Secret Service doesn’t like him that much. He’s just built up an amazing resistance to human saliva and all the diseases therein. He’s like Montgomery Burns: he has so many health problems that they all cancel each other out.
Man, just skip the middleman and name your kid “Neoliberal Capitalism Johnson, Jr.”
now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run,
Remember when President Bush Jr. choked on a pretzel and hit himself on a coffee table while panicking? At the time, I was concerned. I don’t like the man, but I have some respect for him.
Oh, but I used too. Muahahaha
I’m entitled to opinions about things I don’t care about. I do have a history with tennis. It’s my grandparent’s favorite sport, my cousin got into Harvard on a tennis scholarship, and one of my close friends used to coach tennis, so it’s in my life.
Harsh, dude. Maybe I don’t give a shit? I do know what the rules are, I still think it can be simplified. Why go 0-15-30-45 instead of 0-1-2-3 (yeah, I know it has to do with history and the french and clocks)? It’s not like some shots are worth more points than others like in American football.
I couldn’t tell you about my enslaved ancestors BUT I can tell you about my maternal grandparents, who both died before I was born (grandparents are technically ancestors). They were black, southern-baptist creoles who lived in rural Louisiana during Jim Crow.
Interesting, I thought you gave up commenting.
Tennis is the pettiest of all sports. They have and inane dress codes, a scoring system that makes no goddamn sense, and apparently you can get fined for having emotions. And yet, Williams stands above it all. I wouldn’t give a shit about tennis if it weren’t for her.
He has said he went to “the hardest school to get into, the best school in the world,” calling it “super genius stuff,”
