This is what happens when no one watches your webcam.

Jim’s afraid that someone might hack it.

The SVR is the ugliest out of all the F-Type trims. Being it’s an F-Type, it’s still pretty, but like bar-hookup pretty.

I was gonna post this question, but I’ll just add to your reply, also very curious of the total cost of the car.

I see them all around.

So, you’re recommending a reversal of “innocent until proven guilty”?

Was the Legacy Spec B ever sold in the US as a wagon?

Yeah, and why does everybody look at me weird at work for taking half of the pizza that was ordered for everyone.

God, if I was more active on Kinja these days, that’d be the only image I post.

Seriously, don’t sell your 996 911 Turbo with the X50 option (not as much of a value-upper as you think, but still cool) for a Macan. Hold on to it. 996s are at or near the bottom of their depreciation.

You’re seriously going to sell your investment-grade Porsche 911 Turbo for a Macan?

Couldn’t you sell your Grand Wagoneer and use the funds to buy a brand new Trackhawk? Not that you’d probably do that, as you own a Grand Wagoneer.

How’s the Kool-Aid taste?

When the IRS agrees with your viewpoint on what is and isn’t a separate company (or “subsidiary” to be specific) I’ll come back here and admit Saturn wasn’t it’s own company and didn’t face any of the challenges that Tesla shared as a new car company ... even though Tesla wasn’t owned by a parent company.

In Capitalist America: Companies run/owned by parent companies are there own company.

So, you define what a “car company” is? Saturn fit your definition of a “new volume USA car company”, and it still does.

Saturn. I admit I should have included that in my snarky reply.

Fair enough. :)

“Just look at it this way. Tesla is the first new volume US automaker to come along in over 90 years.”
