Good stuff. However, I can make a better turkey than 'The Ma'-she's the queen of overdone.
I'm on the hook to do the turkey for an Xmas gathering. I've brined before with the usual-salt, peppercorns, sugar, salt, bay leaves. Is there some way I can take it to another level? Any and all techniques welcomed.
