I was very happy to find an ‘05 RWD V8 w/ 18k miles for just $13k; $15k w/ 3yr/36k bumper to bumper warranty added on. Admittedly, the 300C doesn’t get quite the same mileage as the Abarth, but it’s a lot more fun than my old Element!

And for just a grand more you can even get the 300C with the 5.7 liter. But the Charger is a nice counterpoint to the GTI; different strokes for different folks!

You could arguably add the Neon to that list. Cheap, affordable, actually not the worst “import-fighter” made.

Well, really those would be scavengers. Preppers are usually geared towards having their own garden, that they can manage, harvest, and monitor. Somebody calling themselves a prepper and taking from somebody else's garden is just a thief.
