The reality is emulation exists. And it’s good it does because you really can’t count on any of these companies to properly archive these older games.

Sounds pretty lackluster which isn’t the least bit surprising. This whole thing has looked like a waste of money from the moment it was announced.

I just could not take how cheap it felt. Constantly respawning enemies and clearly cheating AI that could spot you in situations where it should have been impossible.  Those aren’t good mechanics.  They’re just cheap.

If by “widely” you mean a handful of lunatics, sure.

That’s not actually where he is scratching the screen.  There he is showing a new metal border around the screen.  For the screen itself he used a mohs hardness test kit and the screen scratched at level 3.  He then shows the screen being scratched by a nickel.

I can get wanting to not feel invincible, but FC2 really chose the most annoying ways to accomplish that. It all just felt too forced and cheap. For me it was as much the aggressive (cheating) AI as anything.

I finished the game, but looking back I’m not sure why.  The game did its best to make me hate it.

That is shady, but honestly it is a minor miracle PS2 era games were even still on sale. Most of those games aren’t still on sale.

I forgot to mention that in my post about FC2. Yeah, those damn checkpoints would respawn in minutes.

You put the worst at #1. Picked up weapons jam and break all the time. Constantly have to take malaria pills. Aggressively cheating AI that will spot you inside a jeep from a half mile away. FC2 was by far the most annoying FC game to play.

So in other words, checking for a sticker is pointless because the advice either way is to throw them out.

Because there could be a sticker that indicates the onion came from elsewhere.

Keep trying hard, bro!

This is starting to looking like a marketing stunt. They clearly had this design ready to go and were just waiting for Sony to take the bait.  Now look at all the coverage they are getting for free.

First, I did in no way say they were justified. Second, calling them “mistakes” is being generous. There is a strong argument that this is just what they do. They make empty promises knowing they can’t actually deliver. So, yeah, my sympathy for any blowback is limited as it would be for any scammer.  But, sure,

I agree, but these guys have a history of hype leading to nothing. My sympathy is somewhat limited here.

So what exactly is an NFT Game?

I just find the entertainment industry, including games, odd about these things. For example, if you have a food science degree and work in a R&D lab designing new products you don’t rely on having your name appear in a list of credits on the side of cereal box to get credit for having done something. You just add

I’ll pass for now. The current online service, even as cheap as it is, is a questionable value given the terrible chat and friend systems. If I’m going to pay that much more I’d better be getting something more than a handful of N64 and Genesis games.  Make the damn service better.  And, yeah, those controller

So I’ve only played a little bit of the game so far, but when I did I ran across some small cave that had someone praying on the path outside and an arrow symbol of some sort painted above the cave entrance.  Is that the cave you speak of?  If so I don’t recall seeing any notification of a new quest though maybe I
