I wasn’t that impressed by what I saw of Ratchet, only because the things its doing we’ve already seen.

I’m pretty sure you just get one set of achievements because it is treated as the same game. So if you want to spin Sony’s convoluted method as a positive you do get two sets of achievements.

The total lack of a save-data transfer poses a stark contrast to how cross-gen upgrades have functioned so far on the console.

I managed to snag mine for 3 years at a total of $1… for the whole 3 years. I managed this because I was capped out on Live via Bing Rewards.

The chosen descriptor is the ego thing. It’s little more than a novelty. Hardly any artistry involved. These people could be replaced by an algorithm generating sounds to the same (mostly pseudoscientific) effect.

It used to be though. The name itself is a reference to gaming. Yes, it’s not anymore, but it probably should have stuck with games.

TBF people liking online games isn't the same as wanting solo games to be online for no explicable reason.  Have they said exactly why B4B requires online even solo?

I think some do. Sony has put several barriers up when buying from Sony Direct and it makes sense. Scalpers aren’t buying games and accessories. It runs at 900p docked with drops below that and a max frame rate of 30 FPS. I don’t know that I would call it “poor”. I thought it was mostly fine when playing the game, but it’s not really impressive from a technical perspective.

You say that yet I own all 3 major platforms and literally the only reason is because of exclusives. If there were no exclusives I would own 1.
