It’s also technically wrong even if kind of funny.

Review scores are a meaningless metric, obviously, and Metacritic is a blemish on games criticism, but even those numbers—a 36, alongside a 4.9 user score—are pretty hard to deny.
In the end, despite the failure of the hardware, it ended up with a phenomenal software lineup. Toward the end I started to wonder if I had made a mistake in skipping the Wii U. Thankfully much of the highlights have ended up on the Switch.

Here’s another chore to do before moving the story.
Yeah, without further evidence I’m ignoring something a teenager did over 2o years ago. As you note this kind of reaching helps nothing other than to help those that push back on progressive movements.
The dog didn’t really assault you… LOL.
On one hand it does seem absurd that they keep insisting their games aren’t meant to be political, but on the other I really don’t give a shit if they say they are or not.
Ugh… I hated those kidnappings. I’d try stuff like taking off in a plane or helicopter and I would still magically get kidnapped. It made no sense.
That seems to be true of a lot of Ubisoft open world games. The Ghost Recon series is a different, and more difficult, experience when you turn off aids like the heat maps.
My thought exactly. It totally depends on what you want. R&C was the main reason I purchased a PS5 at launch. It ended up being delayed, but is now just a couple of weeks away. Nathan dismisses the game because it has been mostly MIA recently? But that’s precisely why I’m stoked it is returning with a proper new…
There are a lot of people around here that will knock anything a large business does. Then there are certain companies that even more people will knock for anything. Blizzard falls into both categories these days. I do think hand delivering a cease and desist a little over the top, but I’m not surprised they sent a…
Yeah, I have a group of friends that are always looking for the next good co-op game. We gave Outriders a shot, but have never gone back after the first night. Even beyond all the bugs it’s really just not that good. But, yeah, not many new-ish options at the moment.
I ran it on a new XSX and got hordes of bugs.
Yeah, it sounds like a game that with a few patches might be a solid 7 or 7.5. However, I’m not interested in a game that crashes my system on a regular basis. I can put up with a few generally harmless bugs, but not something that causes a hard crash. I’ll keep an eye on it and if patches fixes a bunch of the bugs…
I have similar feelings. I don’t mind open world games with a lot of side content. If it’s mostly optional and the game makes clear what is a main line quest and what is a side quest then it doesn’t bother me.
I guess I’ve just not been paying attention to this game at all. This is kind of coming out of nowhere for me. I just checked out some gameplay and dev commentary on YouTube and the game looks great! Looks like I have something to play before the new R&C after all.
How much dev time do you need? Most, if not all, of the players will already be in the game on their respective pro-clubs. And the tournament mode, as noted in the article, has been out since last year. All they have to do is push out an update that puts the selected players onto their respective national squads.…
