Is this supposed the real word as seen through sun glasses? Where is the color?

How appropriately prudish.
Yeah, it’s one of the best intros for a game I’ve ever seen. Such a lovely tribute to the sport.
The homage is nice, but motes is the real winner in the new additions. A lovely theme.
Honestly, the PS5 shoes look like they are better shoes, but not because the PS5 has anything to do with it. Neither of these look like they have any meaningful reference to their consoles other than some random logo.
Well, I can think of a couple that I’d go for remakes or even just sequels.
I’m sure. However, WTF is Peely even coming up is still a valid question.
The questioning in this suit sounds more ridiculous every time I hear another story. It’s a f’ing banana. WTF is Peely even coming up??
I find it odd too.
Why is it different for Safari? Because the fact is that if a kid did that on a web browser, news organizations wouldn’t care to run a story on the local news. Because everyone just accepts that as a possibility.
Our own Jason Torchnisky explored this idea when a huge aircraft engine nacelle bezel fell off of a United Airlines flight and into someone’s yard. He talked to a few lawyers who told him, unfortunately, that the homeowners couldn’t claim the bezel. Basically, if it’s lost and everybody knows who the owner is, the…
Except as Epic say they are not. They offer a store front app. Which is exactly what Epic wants. They want users to be able to choose different store fronts without a bunch of barriers.
That isn’t exactly what Epic has argued:
GFY.
Except that really isn’t their point at all. They aren’t saying you can’t have a curated store front. They are saying consumers should have the ability to choose from different store fronts.
I also think these are practical in the same sense as any receipt. I archive all the receipts just in case I need them in the future.
So couldn’t their TOS just be changed to also say they aren’t responsible for content from apps installed outside the App Store? There really is no difference here. Safari (or the many other browsers distributed by the App Store) can be used to access porn on third party sites just like some third party store front…
What a stupid line of questioning. I can open Safari on any iOS device and browse the whole internet for porn. What does it matter if some third party store whose front end is distributed via EGS has some porn-ish games in it when the browser built into iOS gives me all the porn I want?
Yeah, sure it’s Kotaku that is biased here. Come on. Your comments are absurd.
That last part is not true. You aren’t forced to file endless oppositions and lawsuits. You only have to defend your trademark against uses that might cause consumer confusion so that your use doesn’t become generic.
