I used to be pro-vacation rentals, or at least not anti them.  But they have completely ripped apart communities and it is flat out of control.  Its not been the “rent someones empty room” for a long time.  Now its an unregulated mess tearing apart neighborhoods and towns.  Fuck ‘em.
