One hour is only a rule of thumb. Most stones will reach equilibrium approx. 20 mins after the oven comes to temp. Anywhere from 30-40 mins of starting the oven until cook time. Many people just let it go an hour because it nearly always works with every oven.

yeah i often think about how cool it was just doing a simple dungeon. Getting a group together spending 40 mins traveling through hostile terrority, then spending hours in Sunken Temple trying to find all the bosses and carefully pulling each mob.
