I agree, being talented doesn’t mean you have to sign on for every role. Some stories are bound to be better than others.

I couldn’t believe Katic and Fillion weren’t paid the same after the first season or so.

You’re missing the point that Macy made more than she did in previous seasons because despite the passage of time and changes in storyline the producers were acting as if he was still  the main lead and biggest draw that he was during the first few episodes of the series.

This isn’t a movie, this is a series in its seventh season. Actors on series get paid by the eyeballs they draw in. In the first season, yes, most people must have wanted to see what Macy was in but, several seasons in, he’s far from the main draw.

Because it actually is about equal pay. If he’s paid 100000$ an episode for part time work, to be paid equally for her full time work she should be getting 200000$.

Excuse me, but since her character is the most important and pivotal one on the show why shouldn’t she be paid more?

Even so, it’s up to the producers to decide if her past or future contribution to the show’s success warrants revisiting her pay, so what is it to them?

Perhaps, but either way that part of it is none of their business. Whether her raise is retro-active or only applies going forward depends on what the powers that be feel her work has contributed to the past or future bottom line. They were free to shut everything down or hire someone else if they felt it wasn’t…

Seriously? How? Once filming starts they’ll work exactly the number of hours they were meant to.

Note that these people never suggest the man’s salary is cutting into their pay or that he sacrifice part of his earning power to help them earn more.

Someone’s fitness to run for president should be judged on a case by case basis.

There are products you can inject that build up the bridge of your nose to make it more defined and  you can have the flesh of the outer side of the nostrils thinned (from the inside) so the nostrils are more open but oval.
