As far as I’m concerned “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” was the only correct option so glad they went that way!

It would be wild if a tear-down of that thick cable reveals that it’s actually TWO standard lightning cables and the fat end is just an adapter to combine the two.

You just can’t make a movie like that on that budget level any more, costs are just generally a lot higher and in the early 2000s we were still in the grips of rubbish digital media so a lot of your sins were hidden.

That’s really not relevant to the budget here or the people involved, plus sequels have been a thing since the inception of film. Doing a follow up of a broadly pretty indie movie two decades later with the same people is hardly a cash grab.

No, because Hollywood is no longer about “making movies”, it’s about where $X in cash can be invested to make $MAX(Y) profits in return, and no one will invest in one movie where the same investment could be in a franchise with much bigger potential profits.

Interestingly, I just watched both “28" movies yesterday, my first time since they came out in the early 2000's, and I was surprised to see how the sequel had some recognizable actors (Idris Elba, Jeremy Renner, Rose Byrne, Imogen Poots).

My memory was that the sequel did fine with a no-name cast considering Cillian…

The patch also fixes a bunch of problems with pickups. You can now loot the crossbow in NG+ if you already have it, which was making it impossible to fully complete a playthrough previously

Was anyone actually paying $11/month JUST to watch Prime?

Does anyone subscribe to Prime primarily for the streaming?  This isn’t even a consideration for me. 

I have prime because when I want a $1.00 toothbrush, I get it. Or a single light switch cover.

We do almost all our shopping via Amazon, with a warehouse in our town.  I could care less about Prime Video, as I rarely find anything to watch on it anyway..
