Given that art style, I imagine a certain mouse that’s about to hit public domain is gonna be in the final release
To be clear, unlike with AW1, we can get all this extra stuff on Easy or Normal mode too, yeah? I haven’t seen a definitive answer, but I think so.
Also, any info on if you can re-get upgrade materials so we can max out upgrades this time?
Regardless of the answers, I’m excited to do this again. I just hope I can play…
The day before launch: It’s not a scam! We haven’t sold anything!
It’s impressive how quickly the game dropped off the top-sellers list. It was there for maybe 2 days and then just completely vanished from the top 100. Don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.
It’s as said somewhere else: This is probably going to be a trend - another corporate-investor grift where all the blame goes to the devs under dehumanizing conditions to get the game out only to get laid off regardless of its performance. We have companies called Game Mill now, think about that.
Guys, I’m starting to think this game may not be good.
Well, that’s suspicious.
I saw this like fifteen minutes ago, they shut this game down in record time, faster then any of their previous games, fucking hilarious. The amount of defenders for this game I’m seeing is alarming though, I get people are trying to justify their purchase but god damn, the copium levels are off the charts. “It’ll get…
Unions are always the answer. Especially now where a max of like 4 companies run every industry you can think of. Unions level the playing field. Unions are the reason the US isnt divided up into 3 million company town fiefdoms. Unions are the reason your grandparents and your parents could afford to buy a house in…
I remember back when I was a tester for Activision that was one of the few perks. Usually you would get a physical disc or a download code for most of the games you worked on. Or rather, at least the bigger games worth getting a copy of, nobody was really clamoring for a Wii U copy of Transformers Rise of The Dark…
Rockstar even hasn’t bothered to back-port the GTA V Enhanced version to PC, one and a half year after its release.
R* just continuing to shit on PC players like usual. We’re still waiting for E&E.
I seriously doubt that would be the case. The vast majority of console sales will come from casual gamers who don’t even know about PC mods and definitely don’t watch Youtube videos about them. That said, even if it was true, Rockstar makes money regardless of where you buy the game so they shouldn’t care if it sells…
Thank you. This would be like calling the PS2 “next-gen” in 2003.
I’d love to know Rockstar/Take Two’s business reasoning for delaying the PC versions of their games. If this was 2003, the obvious answer would be “piracy” but these days, PC versions make more than enough money to offset any potential losses from piracy. Throw in the MTX revenue from GTA Online and delaying the PC…
It's because of the way online took off. They'd have been nuts to put down their cash cow before milking every last drop.
Not surprising.
Seems incredibly shortsighted given that PC game sales were only about 15% below all COMBINED console sales last year.Let alone modded PC RP servers have been what’s keeping GTA online still relevant on Twitch.
So 5 years between GTA IV and GTA V and now 12 years between GTA V and GTA VI. So I guess GTA VII will be out 2044?
