The game is absolutely loaded with references, easter eggs, and secrets. It feels very nostalgic in that way.

I’ve only found the arcade machine, though it was cool then immediately dissapointed when it didn’t start some 16bit arcade halo-vania

Not always. But in this case, “meritocracy” seems to be masking a Lord of the Flies mentality. It’s one thing to encourage your staff to pitch in a little extra for the good of the cause. It’s quite another to berate them as they do and malign them while you do it.

Sounds like just another one of the sociopaths that constitute the majority of CEOs at large companies, and who made it to the top just because they’re sociopaths, and because the f-ed up system we call capitalist free market is constructed specifically for enabling piece of sh-s to float to the top. Despite them alrea

Lookie here, in its proper ecosystem, the despicable CEO shows off those incredibly vibrant colors! By doing so, he scares away those starving trying to eat and get by on scraps after working and toiling on bringing the fresh kill to the pack, while this showy wild animal eats his lion’s share. It relies on the

I’d argue the frightening part is when a CEO acts like an asshole and ruins 900 people’s holidays, he gets a vacation out of it.

I think there’s some serious potential in pet rock futures...

I invested all my Legos in Beanie Babies.

A forehead tattoo of mirror writing “Past performance is not a guarantee of future results” is cheaper, and will save you more money in the long run.

Seriously, I’ve had the hardest time figuring out why so many outlets are championing this like it’s some sort of revelation. This is just going to be another set of online missions plus a cutscene where Franklin talks a bit. Nevermind that they basically did the same thing with Trevor with the online heists back in

I think something should be cleared up now before it gets out of hand:

This IS NOT a single player expansion or story. This still takes place entirely within GTA Online.

Let us also not forget that they showed NOTHING regarding the game itself until a couple of days prior. And that was majority through streamers, and not officially.

“The updated versions of these classic games did not launch in a state that meets our own standards of quality, or the standards our fans have come to expect.”

Yeah weird how they only seem to realize the product doesn’t meet their standards of quality until after they release it for sale.

Should never “trust” a company to begin with. And as usual “never pre-order yada yada"

That’s great and all, but what I really want is an explanation of how you decided to release the games in this state to begin with. It’s not like you didn’t know what state the game was in when you released it.

The whole thing is based on the Fall of Rome and the Dark Ages that followed... that should give you a lens into the philosophy of Foundation.

I too loved the books. I’m enjoying the series for what it is, and not basing its worth on its consistency with the source material. It’s more “inspired by” Asimov’s books, and that’s AOK by me.

That’s just it.  Every time somebody screams “IT’S NOT LIKE THE BOOKS!”  I think “good.”  And I loved the books.

That is why Foundation has so often been referred to as unfilmable, and apparently why Apple’s Foundation TV series has completely stopped trying.
