Indeed. The B-2 cost much more than expected... but was near or at the state of the art in a lot of ways that are more mature today.

I believe the payload is actually supposed to be smaller than the B-2, but in a much cheaper, and somewhat stealtier package.

The LRSB is currently slated to be much cheaper than the B-2, because it is built using existing tech, rather than requiring a bunch of new cutting edge R&D. We’ll see how well that holds up when they get into production though.
